Deposit and date change policy

Makeup service bookings

A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm and reserve the date of your makeup service.

Your date and time are held only once the deposit has been received. Requests sent through this website, WhatsApp or email are an availability inquiry and not a confirmed booking.

The deposit is applied to the total price of the service. The remaining balance is due on the day of the service, before it concludes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Non-refundable deposit

The deposit paid to reserve your date is NON-REFUNDABLE, as it secures the makeup artist’s availability and blocks that time exclusively for the client.

If the service is canceled, the deposit is forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred to another person.

Date changes

The deposit may be applied to a change of service date only if the change is requested at least 15 days in advance and the new date is available.

One date change per booking is permitted. Any further change requires a new booking and a new deposit.

A date change is not guaranteed and is subject to the makeup artist’s availability.

If the requested new date is unavailable, the deposit remains non-refundable.

Punctuality and service duration

Each service has an estimated duration that allows the work to be done with the care it deserves. The client is asked to be available and ready at the agreed time.

If the client is late, the service may be shortened so that the artist can honor later commitments. The agreed price remains unchanged, as the time slot was reserved exclusively.

If 30 minutes pass from the agreed time without the client arriving or making contact, the service is treated as canceled by the client and the deposit is forfeited.

Service location and travel

For on-location services, the client agrees to provide a well-lit space, a working surface, a chair and access to a power outlet. These conditions are necessary to guarantee the quality and hygiene of the work.

The travel fee and, where applicable, parking or venue access costs are the client’s responsibility and are communicated before the booking is confirmed.

Any change of address must be reported in advance. A change of location may alter the travel fee or make the service impossible if it cannot fit the day’s schedule.

Additional services on the day

The booked service is the one stated in the confirmation. Additional people or looks requested on the day are subject to available time and are quoted separately.

Reducing the number of people or services previously confirmed does not entitle the client to a refund of the deposit or a discount on the agreed amount.

Health, allergies and safety

Before the service, the client must disclose any allergy, skin sensitivity, recent dermatological treatment, eye infection or skin condition that could affect the application of makeup or hairstyling.

All products and tools are sanitized between services. Even so, the artist is not responsible for reactions arising from information that was not disclosed beforehand.

The artist may decline or stop a service if she observes a condition that makes it inadvisable, or in any situation that compromises her safety or the client’s. In these cases the deposit is non-refundable.

Images of the work

Photographs of the result are only taken and published with the client’s express authorization. The client may withdraw that authorization at any time by writing to Nailet M&H Artist.

Unforeseen events on the artist’s side

If illness, accident or force majeure prevents the artist from providing the service, the client will be informed as soon as possible and offered a new date or a full refund of the deposit, at the client’s choice.

The liability of Nailet M&H Artist is limited, in all cases, to the amounts actually paid for the booked service.

Acceptance of the policy

By requesting a booking and paying the deposit, the client acknowledges that she has read, understood and accepted the terms of this policy, including that the deposit is non-refundable and that any change of date is subject to availability.

This policy forms part of the agreement between the client and Nailet M&H Artist and prevails over any verbal statement. Any exception must be agreed in writing.
